This year seats will be sold in bubbles of 1 or 2, from the same or extended household(s). Any other number other than 1 or 2 tickets ie 3, 5 etc will need to be purchased as additional single tickets or pairs of tickets. The options are set out on the concert booking page.

All venues apart from St Mary’s Parish Church, Haddington are one price.  All seating is unreserved within a pricing area. St Mary’s has a range of unreserved pricing areas – from A (top price) to F.

Tickets will only be available for sale in advance, online or by telephone, up until 2 hours before a performance.

We offer half-price tickets for people in full time education. Proof of entitlement will be required on entry into the venue.

Tickets need to be booked in advance and will not be on sale at the venue. When you book your tickets at our box office team will create an account for you to log in to. Once you have made your booking you’ll find your ‘e’ tickets.
Please print and bring your ‘e’ ticket with you or have it ready on your phone or tablet to show the usher on arrival. Ushers will have scanners to record attendance, so please have the QR code ready to view on arrival. Please turn up the brightness on your phone screen to allow your ticket to be scanned quickly and easily. If your device is unable to find your ‘e’ ticket or you forget to print your tickets ushers will have customer lists to hand and will ask you for your postcode.

If you purchase an ‘e’ concert programme you will find the link to the programme in a customer ‘wallet’. to print it out a few days before the concert.
We will do our utmost to accommodate any special access needs. Please email the box office on and let us know how we can help. Complimentary companion tickets are available to customers who require assistance. A limited number of Blue Badge parking spaces are available at some venues, bookable by emailing Morag Brownlie at in advance.

If you require any help or have any questions or issues with your tickets please phone 0131 226 0004 or email for help.
We may need to share your contact details with NHS Scotland for track and trace
