PRICES

Ticket prices are shown on each concert page. All seating is unreserved. Some concerts are all one price. Others offers a selection of prices where you’ll see an indicative seating plan. All seating is unreserved within each pricing area. We aim to open venues 30 minutes before concert start time.

STUDENTS IN FULL TIME EDUCATION

Half price tickets are available for children and people in full time education.

WHEELCHAIR USERS

If you require a wheelchair space, complimentary companion ticket, and to find out availability of disabled parking, please phone the box office to make your booking

BOOKING FEE

There is a booking fee of £1 per ticket. If you book more than 5 tickets we will only charge up to a maximum of £5 per transaction.

CHOOSE HOW YOU’D LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS

You can choose to receive an e-ticket by email (free), pick up your tickets at the concert venue 45 minutes before concert start time (£1 pick up fee) or have them posted to you (£1.50 postage fee).

BOOKING ONLINE

If you have booked tickets with us before you will have an existing password protected account. If you have forgotten your password or if you are a new customer you can request a new one.

INFORMATION – concert and visit

Each concert listing gives the location, venue, date, time, approx length, repertoire, artists and information about the concert, as well as a detailed map, access guide (location and facilities).

PLEASE NOTE

The festival reserves the right to make programme / veune changes in the event of circumstances happening which are beyond our control.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless we cancel an event. Please note that the booking fee / dispatch charge cannot be refunded as these are costs incurred by our box office provider and are a non-refundable condition of purchase.
