Concerts

The management reserves the right to refuse admission, the right to change artist(s) and substitute or cancel any performance.

Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break. If there is no suitable break admission will be declined.

Transactions/fees/refunds/exchanges

Your card will be debited against the following name: 180 Box Office. All telephone and online transactions are subject to a non-refundable transaction fee of £1 per ticket, up to a total of £5 per transaction.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless an event is cancelled. If you have an exceptional circumstance, please contact the box office. We will always try and help. In the event a concert is cancelled, patrons will be issued the face value of the ticket.

Ticket promotions or special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Retrospective discounts cannot be applied to existing bookings.

Under 25s half-price tickets

When purchasing/collecting or entering the venue with a discounted ticket, patrons must provide adequate proof of concession on request.
